Born in 1979 in İzmir. In 2003, he graduated from Architecture Department at Eastern Mediterranean University. After gaining sufficient experience, he decided to set up NVA Architects in 2008 to continue his interior design, architectural,facade improvement and urban transformation works. Noyan Vural was a subject to lots of magazines with his conceptual projects. Bakioğlu House (2009) and 40> 82 House (2009) published at the Archiworld Magazine. 40> 82 House (2009) and Öz Yavru Elektirik Binası (2012) published at the Ege Mimarlık Magazine. Also he was guest with interview as "Young Architect" at Ege Mimarlık Magazine. In addition, he served as a guest lecturer in the Izmir University of Economics and also from 2012 ,he has been coordinating the studio project as a lecturer in İzmir Yüksek Teknoloji Enstitüsü.
